Sr. HCM System Analyst (Workday Consultant with ATS)

Role : Sr. HCM System Analyst (Workday Consultant with ATS)
Location : Irvine, CA/Richardson, TX (Hybrid)
Position Type: Full Time (Only GC, USC and EAD Applicable)
Only Single Round of Interview

·         Required:
o    6+ years of functional experience in technology support with emphasis in HCM applications.
o    Experience with project management and associated principles.
o    Experience working with users developing business requirements.
o    Experience with SQL and complex databases structures.
o    Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications.
·         Preferred:
o    6+ years of experience with HCM cloud-based products (i.e. Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP and/or ICIMS).
o    3+ years of experience in any of the following functional areas: Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, and/or Compensation.
o    3+ years of working experience with system interfaces between HCM and other systems.
o    Broadly knowledgeable about professional discipline and related discipline experienced in administering projects, and programs. 
o    Experience with HR analytics.
o    Experience working in higher education. Confident with Agile development methodology.
