Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Implement web service integrations, demonstrating proficiency in REST, SOAP, and effective web service design.
• Utilize your expertise in relational databases to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development.
• Strong understanding of web service integration principles, including REST, SOAP, and web service design patterns.
• Proven experience with relational databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Previous experience in a lead role, with the ability to mentor junior team members and drive project success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Certification in Informatica or related technologies.
