Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recommending, designing, and implementing new technologies to support business initiatives

Partnering with Security organization to remediate any vulnerabilities and ensure all assets are secure

Monitoring and maintaining virtual environments to contain 400+ Windows and Red Hat virtual machines across Nutanix Acropolis and Azure

Providing subject matter expertise on end user and data center technologies

Creating and maintaining Windows Server Templates in Nutanix

Supporting business services by completing requests and resolving incidents in documented SLA timings; as well as following all change management processes

Required Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of system administration processes and best practices

Ability to learn new technologies and assist others in learning new technologies

Troubleshooting skills and problem resolution abilities

Expert knowledge within Active Directory and Group Policy

Strong experience with Microsoft DNS, DHCP and DFS
