Role Overview:
Implement Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients.
Lead and manage 2-3 complex Oracle PLM projects from vision to realization.
Apply project management techniques to facilitate, coordinate, and collaborate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive Oracle Cloud PLM implementations.
Provide technical advisory and customize Oracle Cloud PLM and Agile PLM.
Proficiency in PD and PDH modules, functionalities, and data migration.
Document project processes using various project management tools.
Oversee all project aspects: scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, including customer relationships and third-party vendors.
Lead teams to resolve project issues, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and management teams.
Promote team collaboration, innovation, and quality outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
10+ years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager with Oracle Cloud PLM experience.
Agile CSM / PMP certification.
