Product: Hawkeye patient tracking application home grown app built in 2019 that supports 160 accounts (implant centers) for tracking implanted device performance and monitors for issues. The people who use this product the most are nurse coordinators

The person currently in the role is a sr engineer that focuses on development. They call them a "backlog crusher. The development is a mix of new features and bug fix. About 60% bug fix and 40% new features. This is development on a product where they are looking to make enhancements, onboard new clients and expand capabilities but they also support existing code.
