*8+ years
*Core Java
*Hands-on with Microservices
*Kafka experience is needed
*AWS experience deploying applications into AWS and other places
*Database understanding and SQL skills are ideal but the type of database isn’t that important
*Solid communication skills willing to call out issues or ask for help
