𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

1.        5-6 years of JAVA experience.
2.        3-4 years of Spring Boot experience.
3.        3-4 years of Kafka experience (years of experience here is flexible as long as they have JAVA expertise)
4.        Kubernetes + docker exposure (must have as it is a fundamental part of the MDP architecture)
5.        Exposure to CI/CD
6.        Must be comfortable raising pull requests
7.        Must be comfortable providing feedback
8.        Must be comfortable maintaining a build pipeline
9.        Must be comfortable with the SDLC process with a focus on understanding how to get code into production
10.      Must be comfortable with designing test strategies with the SDET team
11.      Must be comfortable with Productizing apps – knows how to make services observable, e.g., relevant log events from Splunk, AppD, etc
12.      Must be comfortable developing within a distributed system
