Description

Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support for MS Exchange Online, ensuring a smooth implementation of hybrid mode. • Monitor the health of messaging and identity systems to address changes or maintenance requirements proactively. • Implement advanced authentication for Outlook Online to harden security measures. This involves developing and managing an identity infrastructure for secure user authentication and the incorporation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and identity protocols and systems for federation and single sign-on (SSO), such as Azure AD, ADFS, SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, and OAuth. • Extensively use PowerShell to build infrastructure automation. • Manage Azure Active Directory for optimal system performance. • Build and maintain Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) resources, including Front Door, Web Services, and Virtual Machines. • Administer collaboration platforms like Teams and SharePoint. • Provide 3rd-level support to the Service Desk and other Information Services teams for addressing issues related to messaging or identity systems. • Utilize MobileIron Cloud (currently moving to Microsoft Intune) for the management and configuration of mobile devices and laptops. Requirements: • 10 years of experience in high-level troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange. • 5 years of experience in Exchange Online. • 5 years of PowerShell experience (Infrastructure Automation) • Strong experience with Exchange Online and SSO • Experience with troubleshooting at a highly technical level • Ability to make decisions quickly and independently.
