Sr. Manager- Financial Planning and Analysis
Description
8+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis or investment banking Investment Banking or Private Equity.
Strong Microsoft Excel Modelling Skills
For this role, you need to have a strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in pivot tables, conditional formatting, VBA, forecast & trend tools as well as have mastery over Excel’s analysis functions and lookup functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH. It would also be great if you know how to create advanced charts and use forecast & trend tools. This candidate would be required to analyze data and create models by performing data manipulation, using logical functions, conditional formatting, macro use & development, mapping data, lookup functions, etc.
Developing and building financial models from substantial amounts of data using SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH
Developing and building models using advanced features in Excel such as
Power Query
Pivot Tables
Other Complex formulas
Establish and maintain processes to ensure integrity of data throughout hectic workstreams with multiple revisions.
Establish and maintain processes to check work for accuracy and reasonableness
Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables
Working knowledge of Excel charts
Strong Project Execution Capabilities:
Must be able to execute significant and multiple concurrent workstreams.
Manage and schedule communication/information requests various business units.
Strong Communication Skills:
Must communicate clearly and be readily available to financial and non-financial teams and clients to achieve goals and deliver work as required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to concisely convey complex details to a broad audience
Strong Analytical Skills:
Must have significant skills (demonstrated with prior experience) in business/financial problem solving.

Must be able to generate well laid out, thoughtful and communicative analysis
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity
