Sr. Manager Global

We're expanding our team and on the lookout for a seasoned Sr. Manager of Global HRIT Operations with a focus on Workday HR. If you're passionate about HR technology, have a knack for managing global teams, and have a proven track record in Workday, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:
- Strong Workday Expertise: Minimum 5 years of recent hands-on experience with Workday, including operational expertise.
- Team Management: Proven experience managing globally distributed teams, including off-shore resources.
- Project Management: Solid background in managing HRIT projects efficiently.
- Integration Skills: Strong experience with Workday integrations (hashtag#PECI and hashtag#WECI). Previous hands-on experience in developing Workday integrations is a strong plus.
- Technical Acumen: Although not a developer role, proficiency in code reviews and design reviews is required.
