Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical architecture, strategy and guidelines document

  • You are a seasoned Dynamics development leader (8-10 years) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions.
  • You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills to make positive impact within the team.

Technical Experience

  • Experience working with Cloud Azure, Power Platforms
  • Knowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work in a team effectively
  • Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
  • Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
  • Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful)
  • Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
  • Experience in PowerPlatform native components, and Software Delivery
