Job Description

  • The Senior Software Development Engineer is responsible for Debugging and tool development under Windows Platform and creating software solutions. They oversee the work of the Software Development Engineer. Some experience in a similar field required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigate the bugs on Windows OS logged by testing team or from user feedback, analyze the root cause and find solution to it.
  • Develop tools to improve bug investigation process or enhance work efficiency.
  • Creation and ideation of new web-based solutions.
  • Additional duties as required.


Requirements
• College/University degree in computer science or data science.

• Skillful at C#, PowerShell, Azure, Rust
• Strong capability in bug investigation
• Familiarity with ChatGPT (OpenAI), Copilot. And know how to implement this knowledge into debugging work and tool development.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Databases

• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Remote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on client's requirement.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
• Organized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment
