The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) isseeking two Senior .NET Developer to work in the IT division.

Candidate must currently be local to Indianapolis. 
 

Sr . NET Developer is responsible tomaintain a number of stabilized .NET applications developed in VB.net, C# withOracle, and SQL server as databases. Software developer position is to analyzesoftware requirements, designing, developing, testing and implementing the new systemsor make enhancements to existing application according to specifications fromprogram team.

 Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

UseMicrosoft .NET Framework and a supported MVC framework, C# programming languageto development of the applications.
·        Seniorlevel full-stack development experience with .Net technologies.
·        Use object-orientedtechniques and best practices to analyze, design, development, unit testing anddeployment.
·        Convertexisting applications to .NET Framework with additional security features.
·        Document all deliverables and performsystem unit testing and validation of procedures.
·        Work with program area team on technicalissues including system design and testing.
·        Analyzing information to recommend andplan the development and implementation of new systems or modifications of anexisting system.
·        Workwith Program team members on detailed business requirements, understandingbusiness processes and technology, agency standards, and ensuring project goalalignment.
·        Write technical specifications based onconceptual design and stated business requirements.
·        Workwith project manager to ensure project plan is maintained and projectmilestones are being met.
·        Haveability to work independently and under generalsupervision with opportunity for independent judgment.
·        Responsibleto modify existing applications due to changes in technology, security, stateor federal law changes and national standards.
·        Provencontribution to creating responsive websites for use on desktop, tablet, andmobile platforms.
·        Priorexperience in React. Js and Node. Js is also welcome if the candidate iswilling to work on any stacks.
·        Understandingof HTML5, AngularJS, React, Node.js, and Mongo to convert Wireframes and PSDDesigns into workable web apps
·        JavaScriptobject models and UI element binding.
·        Experienceusing asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)
·        CreatingRESTful services with Node.js
·        Otherresponsibilities as assigned
