Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This position is currently remote (however candidate must reside in Wisconsin for the length of the contract). However, position status is subject to change. 

Qualification
Desired Experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills. Has provided production support to applications post-production
Experience with .NET application and web application design patterns
Application development expertise using .NET MVC with C#; JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, C#
Full stack development experience
Experience with Kendo framework
Experience writing clear and concise technical documentation and communication
Documenting technical requirements and design
