Used JMeter and LoadRunner to execute load testing against AIX, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, DB2 environments of an enterprise application.
Participated in code design and code reviews to ensure performance best practices are embedded in design.
Evaluated and recommended appropriate actions where possible to improve the performance process and overall performance of the system.
Analyzed scalability, throughput and load testing metrics against test servers, ensuring timely go-live of new builds.
Recommended changes to system capacity/performance using quantitative methods, statistical data and historical performance data, defining and managing system tuning and workload balance

Coordinated with software development team in agile environment to effectively respond to clients' changing needs
