Job Qualifications:
Core Skills
● Advise clients on becoming a value-driven, customer-centric product organisation and drive the change by introducing best practices in product management, value delivery and measurement and making innovation mainstream
● Drive the innovation mindset and the overall product development lifecycle, utilising lean and hypothesis-driven approaches to identify, conceptualise and pilot new products that deliver undeniable value
● As a Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in the analysis, design and building of critical and complex custom-designed, business applications that use a wide range of the latest technologies
● You will cultivate meaningful relationships with client stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their strategy, structure and business model
● You will build a shared product vision roadmap and execute it. You will own the product backlog and constantly evolve it based on the latest changes in the business
● You will facilitate analysis workshops with senior client stakeholders to outline the business vision, objective, product roadmap and project release plan
● Lead the stakeholders to think about customer’s problems, business outcomes and take them on the change journey of moving to empowered product teams that create strategic growth for the organization
● You'll be responsible for orchestrating collaboration between product owners, business sponsors, subject matter experts, end users and engineering teams by removing roadblocks and fostering communication. We're seeking talented & passionate people with a creative approach to problem-solving
● You have a knack for prioritization by utilizing frameworks like RICE, Value vs. Effort Matrix, Opportunity Scoring, etc., obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise
● You know the power of effective storytelling and can easily synthesize data and insights into clear,
impactful messaging
● Support members of the team by removing blockers and supporting account strategy at a tactical
level
● Contribute to the growth and scale of our evolving business through taking an active part in
recruiting, community building, mentorship, identifying and driving best practices and market trends.
● Experience in the Telecom industry is a plus
● Ability to work and collaborate with UX folks would be desirable
● Work collaboratively with clients and travel if required during project inception and delivery

Professional Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
● 12+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Agile and Scrum practices.
● Drive the overall product delivery lifecycle and continuously deliver undeniable value to our clients
across a portfolio of products
● Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products.
● Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with relevant certifications.
● Demonstrate a hypothesis and data-driven problem-solving approach via funnel data, validating
hypotheses and implementing prioritized solutions and continuously monitoring key performance
indicators
● Mentor and evangelize Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery analysis best practices
● Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives.
● Skilled at operating and building relationships with C-suite executives and confident in driving
conversations at the intersection of technology and business.
● Strong interpersonal skills — active listening, persuading and empathising with others and excellent
written and verbal communication.
● Ability to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems thoughtfully and
persuasively.
● Strong consulting skills and can operate with ambiguity.
● Bias for action, and can break down complex problems into tangible steps.
