Analyze business requirements

Perform product impact analysis on the requirements.

Identify Technical solution for requirements

Coordinate with team in creation and review of Technical Specifications

Guide Team members through Development to Implementation phase

Perform coding related activities as required.

Monitor deliverables as per agreed timelines

Apprise stakeholders on project progress, risks and mitigation plan

Address production incidents as per SLA

Identify areas for performance optimization

Lead a team and extend support to offshore and act as a liaison between the client and the offshore team.
