Ownership of leading the design and implementation team to deliver a large-scale corporate website redesign project
Ownership of the Stakeholder and customer expectation management
Ownership to drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class corporate website
Coordinate and partner with digital marketing and creative strategist to conduct the discovery interviews and workshops
Should be comfortable with efficiently planning and driving the workshops with 30+ participants – in-person and virtual
Coordinate research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process
Coordinate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities
Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build roadmaps that will be reflected in the broader portfolio planning
Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy
Manage stakeholder mapping, prepare communication to stakeholders & respond to stakeholder enquiries
Partner with customer, WinWire team to manage roadmap, backlog of all the feature capabilities required
Work with the design and implementation teams to drive requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role
Should have experience in managing the delivery of a large-scale corporate website implementation initiative
Deep understanding of strategizing; Omnichannel strategy and SEO strategy
Design thinking - UI/UX design strategy; Content strategy and experience in usability, customer-focused design
Accessibility Guidelines; Design systems; Experience to work with globally distributed teams
Measurement strategy to help determine the effectives of websites in reaching key audiences and inform decision-making
Strong communication skills - Mediator between teams-stakeholders, often communicate between different groups of people – high profile senior management, customers, vendors and stakeholders
Stakeholder and customer expectation management skills; Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills; Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
