Description

  • Salesforce Project Manager with delivery Experience: Min. 5 years +, delivering the salesforce CRM enterprise projects.
  • Should have completed successful delivery of min. 3 Salesforce projects
  • Team leading skills to lead team size of 15+
  • Well versed with Project management activities – Creating Project plans,  Governance and Status reporting, onshore-offshore co-ordinations
  • Experience in running salesforce discovery workshops with clients to define scope and requirements
  • Strong and effective in communication. Should be well versed with onshore-offshore model and timings as core dev team will be at offshore
  • Should be able to contribute in delivery sections of the proposal and Should have experience in converting Proposal to statement of work
  • Certifications needed:
    • At min One or two Basic Salesforce Certifications – Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc
    • Certified Scrum Master
    • PMP Certified (Preferred)
    • ITIL certified (Preferred)
    • Prince 2 Certified (Preferred)
  • Project Management & domain Experience in delivering - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Experience Projects (Preferably for manufacturing domain (medical equipment))
  • Nice to Have Domain Knowledge & delivery experience on :
    • Industry Cloud – Manufacturing Cloud, health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services
