- 8 years of experience working within a project governance structure.
- 8 years of extensive experience planning, managing, and tracking multiple major impact projects.
- 8 years of strong process development skills with the ability to interpret, document, and formalize procedures.
- 8 years of strong process and gap analysis skills.
- 8 years of excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
- 6 years of demonstrated experience working with business users to gather and document business requirements.
- 6 years of demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and project activities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to project management governance for multiple projects.
- Generate project schedules, allocate resources, and manage delivery efforts.
- Collaborate with various business areas, potentially including state government committees.
- Conduct project meetings, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Work within a project governance structure and motivate teams to meet deadlines.
- Manage scope creep and focus on delivering a minimum viable product.
- Possess organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills.
- Track project progress, modify schedules, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide insight into improving processes related to project management.
