Description
Senior Project Manager will support projects specific to and lead by the Chief Technology Officers group.
Only candidates currently located within the State of IN will be considered for this position.
The IOT CTO group includes Enterprise Architecture, Centralized Application Services, IN.gov, and Strategic Engagement.
Types of projects this team member will be expected to support include:
• Camera modernization project
•Multi-disciplinary projects that span teams with the CTO’s office and other parts of IOT
•Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects for emergent technological solutions
•Technical upgrades that are not fully covered by other IOT teams
Anticipated benefits include:

General Responsibilities:
•Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and / or oversight of final project deliverables
•Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and the team to meet business objectives and provide professional leadership & mentorship fostering respect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.
•Review, revise, and implement policies, practices, standards, and tools that support CTO project efforts
•Work directly with senior managers and staff supporting all facets of IOT’s service delivery
•Manage staff and teams, as needed
