Notes from the Hiring Manager: 
This team manages the marketing team, support marketing events etc.
This will be a contract role and the team meets 1 day a week in Canton Crossing, so someone local to DMV are will be given high priority.
Experience with marketing materials
This person will be managing project workflows and work with the Project manager on Workfronts (training will be provided on workfronts)
Will be working with cross functionals teams and marketing materials as needed at time and need to have Project management background.
Familiarity with workflows will be helpful.

Job Description: PURPOSE:
Plans, organizes, and manages large scale or complex projects for successful delivery of objectives, on time and within budget. Initiates, engages, and motivates cross-functional teams to deliver results. Identifies and mitigates risk and escalates as needed. Tracks progress and drives documentation to support project needs. Ensures end to end leadership for implementations, integration, business readiness and communications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
25% Plans and initiates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, tracks schedules and mitigates risks. Sequences complex initiatives from start to finish.
25% Provides end to end project management support in terms of reporting, project deliverable tracking and documentation. Acts as a liaison across all areas to ensure effective and efficient goals, scope, progress, and completion of projects. Coordinates issues throughout , and externally when necessary, to promote accurately represented information.


Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Project Management, Business or related field
Experience: 5 years as a project manager or experience as a team lead managing large budgets

In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles.
