POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Responsibilities

• May serve as an Agile Coach, Process Improvement Consultant, Coach (as fitting for a given organization)

• Coaching Process Analyst to direct teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.

• Helping leadership (managers, senior managers) in the use of Agile values, principles, and practices to create high-value products.

• Helping to identify and remove impediments.

• Understand and be able to effectively educate in Agile and Agile frameworks through workshops and instructor led training.

• Guide the organization through cultural and mindset shifts required for successful delivery

• Guide in creating artifacts for scaled Agile teams.

• Develop and implement Agile strategies at the program level.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist the organization in implementing changes.

• Assist in the development, tracking and interpretation of Agile metrics and organizational outcomes.

 

Must have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO Project Management • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile Coach

• Able to guide teams and portfolios through the adoption and implementation of Dev/Ops practices and principles.

• Facilitate the effective use of tools and technologies that enhance team productivity.

• Ensure the team has the necessary resources and training to utilize tools effectively.

• Great soft skills

• Understand psychological safety.

• Experience with multiple Agile scaling frameworks

• Comfortable working in a framework agnostic environment

• Product thinking mindset

 

Nice to have

• Agile / Scrum certification

• Business Intelligence tools working experience

• This position is based out of Plano, TX working in Central time zone
