Sr Quality Analyst (Manual)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strong understanding of healthcare domain concepts, standards, and regulatory requirements. 2. Proven experience in manual testing with a focus on healthcare software applications. 3. Should be good at manual testing and should have complete understanding of QA processes and different phases of testing. 4. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, data security, and privacy concerns. 5. Ability to analyze feature requirements and participate in creating test strategy. 6. Ability to develop test cases based on project requirement ensuring functional and non-functional aspects. 7. Experience with analysis and investigation of test results and findings, root cause analysis, coordinating with onshore and offshore development teams, business analysts and product owners. 8. Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner using established defect tracking tools (JIRA). 9. Ensure projects are completed on time and own responsibility for the quality of the delivery 10. Experience working in an Agile Scrum QA Environment 11. Attend the regular client/stakeholder calls and discuss the daily/weekly status with the stakeholders Key Skills:- The candidate must have • Excellent Communication Skill • Must have handled US/UK Clients • Good presentation skills • Out of the box thought process • Good team player. • Leading a team

Qualifications and Educations

BE – Computer science / MCA Any graduates with computer background will do if they possess experience in the mentioned skillset.
