Required Skillset

*Experience
-4+ years of experience in Salesforce
-Agile methodology, business analysis and user story development

*Salesforce Fundamentals:
-Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and the Salesforce platform.
-Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tasks such as creating fields, objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
-Knowledge of user management, including roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
-Experience with data management and migration tools like Data Loader, workbench and Import Wizard.
-Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards that provide insights into utility operations and customer behavior.
-Experience deploying with change sets

*Communication and Training:
-Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, gather requirements and generate project artifacts
-Ability to provide training and support to users in Salesforce.

*Project Management:
-Experience managing projects, including upgrades, customizations, and new feature rollouts for Salesforce

*Problem-Solving:
-Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise within Salesforce, providing support and solutions to users.

*Soft Skills:
-Teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
