Required Skills:

  • Active Salesforce Certification(s)
  • Extensive knowledge in source code management using Git or Azure devOps and VSCode
  • Knowledge in setting up CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/Git Actions and Branching model design
  • Experience in Developing and designing complex UI LWC, Aura components Strong
  • Communication skills with prior technical team management
  • Architectural experience within Salesforce
  • Consultative mindset and actions
  • Operated in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Very proficient in object-oriented design and using design patterns
  • Experience with integration into/from Salesforce 

 Desired Skills:

  • Healthcare / Call Center knowledgeable beneficial
  • Experience in Service Cloud features (FieldService)
  • Preferred Experience in Salesforce Flows in design custom launch screens, action-based flow
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
  • Certified App developer
  • Experience in UI Automation tools (ex: Selinium, Saucelabs, AccelQ etc)
  • Knowledge in Salesforce Mobile SDK and Salesforce mobile app
  • MuleSoft experience
