·       SAS Administrator

·       Unix , Shell scripting

·       Install, administer and maintain SAS Enterprise software and solutions

·       Diagnose software problems and engineering work-arounds

·       Work collaboratively with analysts, developers, other implementation team members and customers to engineer enterprise software installations

·       Install, configure, manage, monitor and debug mid-tier software & third-party enterprise class software systems

·       Document, report, track and implement fixes for software problems with appropriate vendor or SAS Technical Support

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Analyze identify and remediate issues

·       Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and service desk tool as appropriate

·       Resolve incidents including troubleshooting hardware and software issues

·       Ensuring delivery of project work. Maintaining agreed timeline to bring 100% CSAT

·       Technical guidance for the team and adaptability toward new tools and technologies

Generic Managerial Skills·       Work with global team members of finance clients, IT Developers, other support teams, and third-party vendors
