Description

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Professional (PMI ACP), or other leading agile certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL process methodologies
  • Ability to create SQL statements to extract, analyze, and update data where necessary
  • SAFe certification is a plus
  • JIRA Query Language experience
  • Basic Data analysis skills, SQL, Reporting tool knowledge is preferred
  • Well-versed in SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
  • Amazing ability to perform: Requirements gathering, Process mapping via ITIL, Business process reengineering
  • Strong Understanding of:
  • Change & Release management
  • ServiceNow Platform and Products
  • ServiceNow Agile/Scrum boards and features
  • Strong communication skills & able manage communication with customer & offshore teams.
