JD:

• Setup of new Siebel environments and upgrades from 19.12 to IP22.4 on Linux.
• Configure and integrate load balancers for Siebel applications to optimize performance and reliability.
• Setup DB, ADSI, SSO authentication.
• Setup EDQ, Address Doctor for Siebel UCM.
• Added new language packs to existing Siebel environments.
• Manage environment refresh activities between Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod to ensure synchronization and minimal downtime.
• Lead integration setup with TIBCO and BIP, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between Siebel and other systems.
• Configure and maintain email response systems within Siebel, ensuring efficient communication management.
• Automate deployment processes, reducing manual errors and improving deployment efficiency.
• Address end-to-end application/integration issues and performance tuning.
