As a Sr. SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for Planning and Implementing SEO strategies for Newfold brands in the APAC region.
You will be responsible for leading and managing our partnerships with some of the leading SEO agencies, who have been appointed to help with SEO growth.


What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark:

 

Creating SEO strategies for Newfold brands operating in India, Singapore and Australia, New Zealand and other South-East Asia markets
Leverage SEO as a key tool to grow Brand
Set measurable goals that will demonstrate the effectiveness and of SEO
Communicate strategy and execution plan to partner Agencies and ensure timely and qualitative execution of the SEO strategy
Provide analytical inputs to develop and execute a strategy with the rest of the in-house SEO team to improve organic traffic, search rankings and maximize sales for sites across different Global markets
Prioritize keywords and landing pages to attract our target audience across regions
Review and audit the on-page and technical recommendations provided by the Agency
Monitor and analyse SEO statistics such as rankings, traffic, click rate, bounce rate, and more.
Build systems and best practices to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO.
Work with web developers and the content marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices in coding and campaigns.
Perform regular SEO audits and drive implementations as necessary
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and take necessary actions across all digital campaigns
Examine and optimize metrics for campaigns using analytics/reporting tools like Google Analytics and other industry tools
Assistance in other projects and assignments as required from time to time


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed:

 

3 to 5 years of experience managing SEO campaigns for brands.
Agency experience is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools, practices, and algorithm updates
In depth knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Similarweb, Moz, others
Strong command of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Adobe analytics, others
Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Excellent research skills to solve problems but also research and develop solutions for more complicated issues
Passion for technology and understanding of the digital space and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. You should be able to present and get buy-in from stakeholders
A team player who can work across teams and cultures
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Business/marketing diploma/degree or graduate in any field


Optional skills

Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies
Experience with Google Tag Manager
