Summary:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow Platform

Expertise in HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and SLO (Supplier Lifecycle Operations) modules

Oversight on team resource allocation

Involved in training and providing technical help to junior team members

Responsible to demo and drive technical solution using ServiceNow for business problems

Ability to demonstrate the solute use case by creating proof of concept in nonproduction environment

Responsible to provide technical design for the build for the development team

Education Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or related field/discipline

Experience Qualifications

Eight (8) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
