Job Role: Sr. ServiceNow Architect

Required: TSOM, OMT, Platform Architect


Experience Required:

  • 12+ years of experience in the ServiceNow Platform expertise.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow executing end to end technical Design and Architecture.
  • Implementation experience with ITSM, CSM, TSOM, OMT, Integrations and expert In scripting, Custom App development experiences and ServiceNow platform expertise.


Job Description:

  • Design and configure the platform architecture, hands on development experience in domain separation, Telecom domain, TSM and Order management for Telecom application specifically.
  • Hands on experience in developing Scripts, Integrations with external systems for data from multiple sources.
  • Experience in ServiceNow OMT application configuration.
  • Experience in TSM (ITSM, CSM) applications in ServiceNow.
  • Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and offerings.
  • Design and develop the Platform integrations and data architecture for the integrations.
  • Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementations.
  • Architect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards.
  • Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow.
  • Familiar with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App engine, Process Automation.
  • Knowledge about different cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, GCP and IAC provider tools like Terraform, Ansible etc.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
  • Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios.
  • Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others.
  • Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.


Certification Required:

  • Certified System Administrator.
  • CIS is any one of ITSM & ITOM product suite is preferred.
