Required Skills

 

  • Minimum 8+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Developer, Admin, or application owner, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, and Configuration
  • ServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM
  • Information Architecture – ServiceNow Common Services Data structures a big plus
  • ServiceNow custom application/portal experience
  • Ability to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures
  • Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes area highly recommended
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (Preferred, but not required)
  • Shows an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, and would be able to represent the Service Management organization in a customer facing (internal and external) situation in a professional manner.
