Who you are: We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in delivering complex cross functional projects and solutions with a passion for technology, automation, user experience and problem solving. As a Senior Service Now Engineer, you will collaborate across the Business Units, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to analyze/define/design and support the implementation of end-to-end solutions that enables the best-in-class workforce experiences. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within our organization. This role requires extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow system, as well as experience in software development and system administration.

Preferred Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or Masters with 3 plus years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications in ServiceNow Application Development, System Administration, or Implementation Specialist are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. This senior position requires not only technical expertise but also leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. The successful candidate will ensure the optimal performance of our ServiceNow platform, enabling us to streamline our operations and provide better service to our clients.
