Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for various projects.
  • Ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects in alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code to improve performance and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance software development practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development process for complex software applications in DotNet Core and Angular'Js.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to improve their technical skills.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the IT support team to resolve any issues in the deployment and operation of software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or MCA.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with DotNet Core and Angular.
  • Strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an IT company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is preferred
