Sr Support Analyst

Skills and Responsibilities: 

• Support Analyst with CMOD exposure
• 5+ years of experience in application support on distributed technologies hands on required.
• Unix,shellscripting ,Python PMLC/SDLC knowledge is an asset Skill Requirements (10+ years' experience): 
• Expertise / experience in Linux scripting language (Nice to have), Core Java development.
• Good Application Support experience
• Expertise in Database (Oracle, MS SQL) for writing simple & complex SQL queries.
• Excellent trouble shooting and analytical skills to resolve issues with various software components.
• Good knowledge of Debugging, defect fixing and maintenance of software programs / code / application
• Experience in working with external vendors to provide application support.
• Deploy fixes to lower environments, test and promote to higher environments.
• Working experience with Service Now
• SDLC and Change Management process experience and knowledge (working experience with ITIL Service Now tool)
• Working experience and good knowledge of i. Linux environment ii. VM ware.
