Sr. Systems Engineer

What You'll Do:**
- Oversee the active monitoring and troubleshooting of our entire IT infrastructure.
- Manage and implement VMware vSphere and Nutanix environments.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for Windows Server/Desktop operating systems.
- Analyze cyber activity and threats using tools like Splunk.
- Engage in disaster recovery planning and perform backup and restore for critical systems.

**Must-Have Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of enterprise IT experience.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, scripting (PowerShell, bash, etc.), and fundamental networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, Routing).
- Experience with failover management, RAID configurations, and monitoring system health.
