Responsible for leading the development of visual representations of complex data sets. This includes designing, developing, and implementing interactive dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to help users make sense of large amounts of data. Will work closely with data analysts, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and design effective visualizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of interactive visualizations in Tableau
• Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and provide technical guidance T
• Translate complex data sets into clear and concise visualizations/reports/dashboards
• Optimize visualizations for performance and usability
• Ensure visualizations are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization techniques and trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data visualization development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Deep proficiency in Tableau REQUIRED
• Strong technical skills in SQL, AWS, and Redshift REQUIRED
• Solid understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data transformation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
• Knowledge of best practices in data security and data privacy.
• Strong ability to tell a story with data
• Excellent communication/relationship skills
• Finance experience strongly preferred
