Roles and Responsibilities for AA Infrastructure Admin

  • Strong understanding of Automation Anywhere Architecture and Its components like IQ bot, Bot Insight and AARI
  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platform as administrator in V 11, A2019 and A360
  • Administrative experience in any Virtualization or Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA is must
  • Should have experience in ITIL principles in Incident, Request, Change and Problem management
  • Responsible to work towards achieving the SLA metrics and align with business
  • Experience is monitoring the Robots and raise Incidents for process failures based on the process criticality
  • Should have experience in troubleshooting, resolving RPA Environmental issues that arises
  • Should have experience in troubleshooting IQ bot and Bot insights
  • Should have experience in Managing users and License
  • Should have experience in resolving Active directory, Credential vaults and Third party applications related issues
  • Should have experience in SQL Db related troubleshooting in the RPA platform
  • Should have experience in supporting A360 model deployments for projects
  • Experience in handling Bot failures and perform RCA
  • Knowledge of creating, assigning roles and account creation for RPA users in Controlroom
  • Responsible to build and propose transformational RPA services to customers, identify triggers, identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customers
  • Knowledge of Networking and Firewall configuration to deploy AA
  • Responsible for configuring and setup of RPA bot instances as per Run book
  • High degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in hosting and upgrading RPA products for customers
  • Experience in Coordinating with AA support and other Teams to resolve complex issues
  • Should have Wintel experience in Installing, Configuring and managing Windows servers
  • Should have good communication skills to connect with other teams
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with infrastructure cloud hosting service team automation platform and cloud teams in case of major incident management
  • Coordinated and worked with RPA Product support and cloud partners for technical solutions
  • Participant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetings
  • Support for bot enhancements for successful runs
