Job Title: Sr. Technical Consultant.
Locations: Bangalore/ Pune/ Ahmedabad.
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Technical Support.

A quick snapshot…

The Sr. Technical consultant provides Global Technical Support for Conga CRM products. The job involves understanding, evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause, and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in timely manner. Our Tech support teams are responsible for handling errors, user issues and any other technical problem that prevents the customer from using our Conga products. In essence, our tech support consultants focus on helping customers to use our products most effectively.

Are you the person we’re looking for?  

Related experience. 5-8 years of technical support experience, in any technology (preferably in Salesforce/ .Net/ Java) with knowledge of workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, approval process etc.

Troubleshooting and Logical Thinking. This is an absolute must. Your proven ability to analyze and apply logical thinking to determine the root cause of an issue is fundamental to success in this role. Proven experience in a client support role or in a delivery role has prepared you to effectively investigate technical issues, prioritize and escalate as needed, to ensure timely resolutions that are in line with client SLA’s. Experience with advanced SQL scripting / Java/ .Net/ SQL or SFDC is a must! Programming languages (Visual Basic/ C#) are appreciated! You can easily understand how systems interact/integrate with each other and as well as how changes in one application will affect others.

Education. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
