Sr. Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, prepare high level design document and detail source to target data mapping document. Provide estimated time assessments (ETA) for the ETL deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Client standards, policies and quality compliance, enterprise metadata definition while bringing Vendor’s DW program governance principles.
• Attend Client Meetings to understand the changes to the existing functionalities or adding new functionalities.
• Responsible for prioritization, allocation and monitoring of tasks for offshore team members;
• Participate in architecting the solution focusing development of reusable components;
• Make use of various proprietary frameworks and techniques for requirement gathering and business process maps for understanding the current process better.
• Ensure top quality deliverables to the client;
• Responsible for Code migration. Responsible for coordinating with onshore business team, offshore development team to build the deliverables and track/report the status to project management on a weekly basis.
• Review the code developed by the team. Develop, execute and document the unit test plans.
• Coordinate with the offshore team in testing of the ETL code and supporting the QA team in all testing phases (INT, UAT, and Regression). Handling Pre & Post Implementation activities.
• Production Support Monitoring the ETL processes and handle the failures during the warranty phases. Responsible for providing the transition for baseline production team prior to implementation.
• Act as primary escalation point for issues and problems.

Degree Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
