Sr. Technical Program Manager

• Is experienced in managing projects involving modern SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices

• Proven track record of driving large-scale technical projects involving many teams, and organizations while many of the people are distributed around the world

• Knows SRE, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Security practices and experience working with leading cloud service providers and data center environments

• Has 4+ years of professional experience in a Project Management Office and holds a relevant project management certification. Holds overall 8+ years of software industry experience.

• Has a passion for excellence, and is a natural and analytical problem solver. You should enjoy digging deep to understand issues and like solving hard problems, taking a data-driven approach

• Is a confident communicator and can lead teams to achieve clearly articulated and measurable outcomes

• Has excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-team dependencies and conflicting priorities

• Has a strong sense of service ownership and personal accountability, and a well-developed bias for action

o Is experienced in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Excel/Google Sheet, Project, and similar tools

o AWS/Azure/GCP Certifications

Observability- shd be in current project and migration experience and monitoring from Splunk.
