Description

  • Research and define UX strategy, contribute to the overall product and design direction from concept to implementation.
  • Develop creative and innovative design solutions for employee experiences that help guide various types of our employees from different backgrounds and with different requirements. 
  • Constantly measure how designs are performing for target customers; iterate and improve those experiences as needed.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with engineers and other partners; invest in building relationships and trust with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Present work to partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders regularly.
  • Define and share our UX design standards and guidelines. Advocate for consistency across team members and partners
