 Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field 10+ years of professional UX/UI experience, working within an enterprise or agency environment Experience creating desktop / responsive web applications Working familiarity with Figma Flexibility to handle various design tasks including concepting, research, visual design Strong communication and conceptual thinking abilities Experience working directly with subject matter experts, stakeholder teams, or research participants to translate their needs into design outputs Current online portfolio that demonstrates solving client problems - a URL to work examples must be provided for consideration Ensures deliverables are accessible (WCAG 2.1) Nice-to-Haves Experience working within established design systems Experience in storyboarding/writing, data visualizations, animation, usability studies Financial services experience is nice to have, but not required HTML/CSS Knowledge
