Job Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on technical support and technical expertise to customers and partners.
• Establish a trusted advisory role with strategic customers and partners.
• Perform workshops with prospects/ customers on product evaluations
• Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, 
and network deployments using new products and features.
• Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
• Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, high-level designs, low-level designs, MOP 
runbooks, and other customer/partner-facing content.
Essential Skills
• Experience in planning and designing or operating data centers or large enterprise 
networks.
• In-depth understanding security best practices and operations.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare Cloud on AWS/ Azure VMWare Solution, VMWare 
NSX-T, VMWare vSphere
• Knowledge in architecting on-prem to cloud SDDC migration
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
• Excellent hands-on skills in deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.
• Willingness to help customers, peers, and other team members at any time.
Desirable Skills
• Knowledge in architecting VMWare vSAN, VMWare SASE Workspace One is a plus
• Knowledge of the latest advancements in security stacks, threat prevention, and mitigation.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.
Education, Experience, & Certification
• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer/Solutions Architect or in core 
virtualization domain
• Technical relevant certifications such as :
o VMware Certified Specialist - Cloud Provider
o VMware Certified Master Specialist - VMware Cloud on AWS
o VMware Certified Implementation Expert - Data Center Virtualization
o VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Design ( 
VCAP Design)
o VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Deploy 
(VCAP Deploy)
o VMware Certified Design Expert - Data Center Virtualization (VCDC)
