  1. Application support experience essentially in a critical real time processing environment.
  2. Understanding of Kubernetes application architecture and infrastructure.
  3. Experience in setting alerts and dashboards for newly onboarded apps using various monitoring tools.
  4. Experience in handling critical production bridges and able to prioritize issues and work towards resolution.
  5. Experience with deployment of micro-services architecture and handling production issues related to architecture.
  6. Able to resolve code bugs by analyzing the application code and understanding scripts of recent deployed changes in production.
  7. Experience analyzing logs in splunk, Prometheus, Graphana and creating monitoring dashboard.
  8. Ability to refine alerts and suggest improvements and innovations
