  • Overall, 7-8 years’ Experience in Support Analyst
  • 2-3 years of core support for BFS projects
  • In-depth technical and hands-on technical experience
  • Willingness to support critical 24*7 support with ownership and accountability.
  • Worked in onsite-offshore support mode5. Sound understanding of SLA/KPI, transformation6. Sound understanding of incident management and problem management.

 

Technical skills: Kyvos/Helios Splunk Dynatrace Azure Deployments Curl & postman knowledges Kafka, Azure, SQL, DB Azure, Data Factory (ADF), Stone Branch, Linux Vm Angular, Java, Salesforce (CRM) Power BI, Finacle Volante, Vol pay Suntec.

 

Must Skill

 

  • Azure, Kubernetes service (primary skillset)
  • Dynatrace, Prometheus, PagerDuty, Moog, Splunk, Elastic, Azure monitor
