SRE/R2 Architect

Cognizant is looking for a highly skilled SRE/R2 Architect with Python Performance Validation Dynatrace SR to manage projects and Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions benefiting both the company and society.

As a Sr. R2 Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust architectures that enhance system performance and reliability. With a focus on Dynatrace SRE and Performance Validation you will leverage your technical expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Location: Saint Louis – MO, USA

Responsibilities :

· Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable architectures using Dynatrace and SRE principles.

· Oversee performance validation processes to ensure systems meet required performance benchmarks.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.

· Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline performance testing and monitoring.

· Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to ensure optimal operation and compliance with industry standards.

· Implement best practices for system reliability availability and scalability ensuring high-quality deliverables.

· Analyze system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement driving proactive system enhancements.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to define performance requirements and develop strategies to meet those requirements.

· Ensure all architectural solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

· Provide detailed documentation of architectural designs performance validation processes and system configurations.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the architecture.

· Contribute to the development of performance validation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications:

· 12+ years of experience

· Possess extensive experience in Dynatrace SRE and Performance Validation with a proven track record of successful implementations.

· Demonstrate proficiency in Python for developing automation scripts and performance testing tools.

· Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive system improvements.

· Have a deep understanding of system architecture principles and best practices for reliability and scalability.

· Show excellent problem-solving.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 8/12/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $102,600 to 187,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
