Your Role: As the Product Strategy Lead, you'll spearhead the development of advanced analytics capabilities and products within the Strategic Revenue Management domain. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure actionable insights, drive adoption of data-driven decisions, and make a meaningful impact on our consumers, customers, and business. Responsibilities: • Lead design thinking sessions, gather business requirements, and bring innovative ideas to create phased execution plans. • Execute complex analytical projects, delivering actionable insights, and embedding analytical capabilities within business routines. • Communicate and present insights to business stakeholders and senior and Global leaders. • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. • Lead and govern strategic partners within the brands' eco-system to deliver impactful projects. Requirements: • Higher education with 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry and/or data analytics; SRM/RGM experience preferred. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and uphold the advanced analytics vision across Strategic Revenue Management. • Strong understanding of business requirements, design thinking, and roadmap creation for the US market. • Collaborative management of internal and external data engineering and data science teams. • Ability to influence and present insights to senior business stakeholders. • Experience managing full program lifecycles, including conception, prototyping, user testing, deployment, execution, measurement, and value realization. • Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management levers and associated analytics. • Familiarity with key external data sources (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, etc.) and the ability to establish strong working relationships across organizational levels.
