JOB SUMMARY:
 Understand business issues, analyse data, formulate initiatives and drive implementation across the organization
 Support senior business executives and managers in helping 



analyze business performance, goals and metrics and helping achieve the targets of the organization working across multiple business areas including operations, sales, HR, Finance and marketing
 Help monitor and drive projects/initiatives by helping analyze business priorities, active tracking and periodical reporting along with recommending appropriate actions
 Conduct and present research from strategic, financial, market, operational perspective to support strategic business planning
 Interpret, analyze and present data in providing inputs for business planning, strategic decision- making
 Help in preparing and conducting periodical business reviews, analyzing business processes using strategic, tactical and operational metrics
 Significantly contribute for enabling Straive to be a data driven organization and help in formulating and implementing business/operational strategies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Ability to keep the big picture in mind; perform in a complex and dynamic environment; ensure accurate, clear and effective communication
 Excellent analytical, problem solving and structured thinking along with ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
 Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with focus to develop an extensive understanding of business processes
 Proficiency in Microsoft suite of office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
 Focus to work objectively and bring about a positive change to the business
 Well-organized, adaptable with an attention to detail
QUALIFICATION: MBA from top ranked universities
